Dr.V.Venkata Narsireddy is a Post graduate in Master of Business Administration from Andhra University. Awarded his Ph.D from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. Currently working as Associate professor in the School of Management studies, Lakireddy Balireddy college of Engineering, Mylavaram-521230, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh. Earlier, he served as senior faculty member in Management studies, Kavitha Memorial PG College, Khammam, affiliated to Kakatiya University, Warangal, Telangana State. He has over 30 years of teaching experience at Graduate and Post- Graduate level. In addition, He contributed a good number of research papers for referred journals of National and International standard. Also served as a member in Professional bodies related to commerce and Management. Won Best teacher award and Best researcher award. His interested areas are Marketing, HR, General management etc.
Capable to provide training programs to the under graduate and post graduate students as well as motivating them for achieving the desired effects. He can grasp new concepts in less time as well as has a capacity to tackle with the student related issues. Ability to collect the material and chunk it for the proper course designing and lesson planning as a BOS member. Conducted lectures and preparing the study material for graduate and post graduate students. Providing guidance to the students for developing their careers as well as making them familiar with different career opportunities. Carried out the managerial as well as administrative duties as in charges for various committees. Can utilize the skills and qualities of students by assigning work to them, and helping the students for completing their project works.
